How much can we get you, how much does it cost and what grants do we deal with
After getting to know you, your team and what you want to accomplish within your project, we always find the most appropriate grant program that fits it needs. It depends on area of your specialization, what problem your project answers and what specific grants are available for it.
Rate of the grants that we write cover from 60-85% of total project cost depending on project itself and grant type.
Depending on grant type/grant program, different grants have different percentage depending on how the costs and r&d work for different stages are classified. We always try to optimize this both from perspective of the grant and from the perspective of the project.
Amount of the grant depends always on the project; the minimum project value must be at least 1,5 MLN PLN (220,000 EUR) our top projects reach value of 33 MLN PLN (7,200,000 EUR).
If we decided to work together you don’t pay any upfront fees, we work on a success fee basis, set individually, which is paid only when the grant is approved, and you receive funding.

WORKING WITH US
The first thing for us is to always listen to the founders first, the entrepreneurs should identify the investment needed, clarify what they want to achieve, what their vision is, what business model do they have and what they want to do through the EU grant.
Is it supposed to be an extension of an existing plan? Building a factory? Purchase of research equipment? Staffing highly qualified personnel? Or maybe creating or patent for technological solution? We always do a constructive brainstorming, what can be done and what possibilities exist at a given moment taking into consideration all aspects. After determining the purpose and scale of the project, our task is to select the appropriate grant program.
These steps usually take place in form of series of scheduled online meetings. If we are all on the same page after discussing the potential and ideas for the grant, we sign the formalities and from then on, we start to create a bulletproof application and get you financing.
The most important stages in preparing an application is finding the optimal technological solution tailored to the needs of a given project, creating a solid project agenda and writing an airtight application from the perspective of human resources, project timeline and financial needs.
